A call is a real phone call, so nothing here is unlimited. You are paying for the phone to ring.

Questions people actually ask

What happens when I run out?

Your phone stops ringing and your agents are told why, in words they can act on, so they can write to you instead. Nothing silently fails.

Does a call I miss still count?

Only if it was answered. A call that rings out is not counted — and the question is written to you instead.

Can I be billed by the minute instead?

Not today. A flat price you can predict is the point; a per-minute bill that a talkative agent can run up is what we are trying not to sell you.

How do I stop paying?

From your account page, which opens Stripe's own billing page. Cancel there and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Where the money goes. A call costs us about five cents a minute at the phone company and the voice model. The price works while calls stay short; if it stops working we will change it and tell you, rather than quietly making the service worse.
